CRS – Certified Residential Specialist…Only 3% of REALTORS nationwide have this designation…For Clients; along with having a highly trained and tested Realtor, this designation opens up a world of nationwide referrals for properties and if you need assistance finding a superb Agent in the State you are moving from or to!

GRI – Graduate of Real Estate Institute…This designation is a series of education classes that push Real Estate agents into a deeper understanding of contracts along with Ethical practices. In the State of Arizona Article XXVI of the State Constitution allows for the limited ability for a Real Estate Agent to practice law by writing the Real Estate Contract…You want a Real Estate Agent that understands all areas of the contract.

ABR – Accredited Buyer’s Representative…This designation focuses on the best practices for agents working with Buyer’s. A deeper understanding how to best serve your Buyer client. This entails everything in the transaction from showing properties to their rights in the Real Estate Contract to working in Dual Agency transactions. Know your Rights!

SRES – Senior Real Estate Specialist…This designation specializes for the Senior Client…Understanding the special needs that a Senior Buyer or Seller may have when working through a Real Estate Transaction.
